I was so blessed to be asked to guest design for Fiskar's punches this month too. Here is a card I created using their fabulous punches! :)

I want to share a HUGE praise...have you ever had the BEST customer service ever? I mean seriously...I have just experienced the BEST customer service...above and beyond my expectations ever. Last year for my photography business and for traveling reasons I needed to purchase a bag that would allow me to carry my camera and lenses as well as my laptop and more. I searched and searched for the right one and finallly chose a wonderful Jill-Ebag. I have LOVED this bag soOoooooo much! It travels perfectly and protects my equipment with the best padding and quality. I recommend HIGHLY getting one of these bags if you are in need or want for a terrific bag!
My recent experience with my bag...for some reason, it got a tear on the bottom from one of my recent travels. I sent an email to Jill-Edesigns and asked if there was any way I could get it repaired...fully expecting to ship my bag out and pay to have it fixed. Again...this bag has been my most favorite bag I've owned, so I wasn't willing to do away with it at all..I just wanted it fixed. Well, Gail from their customer service department was so AMAZING! She asked me to send photographs of my bag and the tear so she could see if it could be repaired. So, I sent pictures to her the next day...and to my total surprise and AMAZEMENT...they are sending me an entirely NEW BAG! I am so beyond thrilled and excited about this. This is the kind of integrity in a company that I believe exudes success and I am on top of the world happy about how AWESOME they have been.
We are having SNOW here! It's crazy cold early this year..and I LOVE it! :)
